    6 Cardigan Street Agreement for Lease with BCU exchanged

    Phase 2 infrastructure started

    6 Cardigan street completes

    Phase 2 infrastructure and Pound Square completes

    Alumno Student residences completes

    Belmont works completes

Belmont Works

A Grade A locally listed red brick and terracotta Victorian factory built at the end of the 19th century, Belmont Works has, in its time, served as the headquarters of the Eccles Rubber and Cycle Company and, from the 1960s, the Co-operative Society had offices there. Now begins an exciting new chapter in the building's history, with 21,248 sq ft (net) arranged over lower ground, ground, first and second floors.
